End holiday vacation: Malacca

Assalamualaikum...

Sebab utama  balik ke sini adalah permohonan untuk sambung Malaysia ditolak.I was very upset.Indeed. But,yeah cut the crap.I didn't get the golden chance. So,I'm back to reality.

Disebabkan aku macam sedikit down.My beloved moms ajak pergi bercuti.I was eager to go to beach.Since adik semua lelaki dan ade dua orang kecik lagi.Kiteorang selalu pergi water teampark.Budak2 tu suka air.Tapi, waktu pergi Lost world of tambun haritu aku bosan sebab yun dengan yap dah takde.Terpaksa  naik ride sorang-sorang.Tambahan pulak water ride semua kena naik dua orang, nak naik dengan Affan dia 'acrophobia' pulak.ceh I dah sewa pelampung tau penat je bazir duit....

Dipendekkan cerita kiteorang pergi Melaka.Pantai Tanjung Kling.

Menginap dekat Shah Village Resort.Sangat kampung..sangat banyak nyamuk..tapi pemandangan subhanaAllah memang cantik.Waktu datang tu air pantai naik. Tapi, esok pagi macam magic...air surut.Jadi sempatlah buat aksi lompat.Serius ni first time buat.Yap macam what the fish kau kakak nak lompat bagai.Sekali bila kakak dia tangkap satu shot cantik ,dia pulak yang excited.Oh lelaki..bajet tak nak gambar lompat kengkonon.haha

Lepastu kiteorang pergi jonker street.Jalan-jalan.

Makanan dekat melaka happening.Semua makanan sedap dan tak susah cari makanan.Yang pasti.. murah.ABC diaaaa pergh.Terliur bila ingat balik.Malam kedua tu ingat nak makan steamboat melayu yang dorang jual dekat van tepi pantai.Tapi,hujan...takde rezeki.

Apepun, percutian ni memang berbaloi dan menyeronokkan.Thank you umi sanggup menunaikan harapan nak pergi pantai dan ayah yang drive tanpa henti pergi balik, sambil kami sedap buat air liur basi dekat belakang.Balik je melaka esok terus flight ke mesir.

I will not give up, walaupun dah tertinggal kelas 4 minggu lebih.Tambah lagi fakulti tak nak bagi kelas asing semester ni,lecture dalam bahasa arab.SAD.First day dekat Egypt aku dah start unpack, lap habuk, pergi kelas, beli kabel internet, pergi jamba juice, pergi pen n paper, hantar comforter dekat dobi, beli topup internet.lepas satu hari duduk mesir, maybe Egypt ni takdelah teruk mane.Balik tak rasa ape.Sekali bangun tidur sengal satu badan. For sure..I got my life back,I will strive to finish the things that I started four years ago.Egypt is not that bad,at least...for a year more.I want "me" to realize that I'd made a good choice and I need to proved it to myself. In fact,I won't regret anything later.till then:)

Gravity

Assalamualaikum..

Semalam first time dalam sejarah pening kepala dalam panggung wayang.Tengok cerita Gravity dengan yap.Space tu berpusing-pusing sampai sakit mata.Saya tutup kejap mata.Maybe terlampau penat tengok space.Tapi, lepas bukak rasa macam nak muntah popcorn pun ade.

Anyway,it's a good story.Tapi bila ingat balik memang tak nak tengok dah.

What do I do? What do I do?

Tiba2 masa tengah buat mission tu.Ade serpihan kapal angkasa lain pecah dan termasuk dalam latitude diaorang. So,automatically diaorang kena berhentikan mission .Sut angkasa lepas ni macam ade satu tali yang attachkan seorang angkasawan dengan angkasawan lain so dorang tak terbang tempat lain.Tiba2 tali tu putus. So,Dr Ryan tu berpusing-pusing dekat space  sambil menjerit what do I do? What do I do?

Yang kedua: O2 level...10% do you record?

The moral of the story is kita kena teruskan hidup jugak walaupun ujian yang kita tengah lalui tu macam immpossible je nak diteruskan.Akhirnya ,Dr ryan tu sorang je yang hidup.Walaupun dia hampir putus asa dan nak tutup oxygen tank terus ,sebab ingatkan spaceship tu tak boleh gerak lagi.

kita kena belajar to let go benda negatif dalam hidup kita.Jangan terlalu ikutkan perasaan.

Kalaulah hidup kita ni melayang sepanjang masa susah nak buat kerja.Bayangkan nak menangis pun air mata terbang-terbang pastu kering.dan kita kena grab something untuk pergi ke tempat yang nak dituju.kalau tak kita melayang tempat lain.Ini bukan berenang.Ini melayang. If you get what I mean.

circuit training and more

What is Circuit Training?

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It’s like a game of musical chairs: Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station. Some classes alternate an aerobic activity (like stepping or stationary cycling) with a muscle-strengthening activity (like using weight machines). Others focus exclusively on muscle toning or aerobic exercise.
Consider the following if you are interested in taking a circuit training class:
  • What circuit training does for you: Increases your strength and aerobic fitness and burns lots of calories. However, you don’t get the same level of conditioning as you would from doing your aerobics and strength training separately. If you take circuit classes, aim to get in an additional 20 minutes of straight aerobic exercise at least three days a week.
  • The exhaustion factor: Moderate. Circuit training tends to be intense, but it’s completely adaptable to the individual. Beginners use less weight and perform simpler moves than more-experienced exercisers, but everyone gets a good workout.
  • The coordination factor: Low. Nothing to worry about.
  • Who digs circuit training: Anyone looking for a good sweat to shake out of a training plateau. Circuit classes also are popular among busy people who want to combine a strength and aerobic routine in one workout. Anyone who wants a really fun and fast-paced workout will like circuit classes.
  • Signs of a sharp instructor: Good instructors are aware of each class member’s level and modify the moves accordingly. Even though you’re moving quickly from station to station, the instructor still needs to focus on proper technique. Look for no more than a one-minute rest between stations. Expect a heart-rate check 12 to 20 minutes into the main workout.
  • Tips for first-timers: Pay attention to how you feel. Many people are surprised by how challenging circuit work can be.

if you don't know how to do,for example lunges or squat in the right way.check on youtube..type lunge and click! Don't do it the wrong way or you might sprain your muscle.
